163.17 - LOCAL BOARDS OF HEALTH.

        163.17  LOCAL BOARDS OF HEALTH.
         All local boards of health shall assist the department in the
      prevention, suppression, control, and eradication of contagious and
      infectious diseases among animals, whenever requested to do so.
