164.10 - REPORT OF LABORATORY TESTS TO DEPARTMENT.

        164.10  REPORT OF LABORATORY TESTS TO DEPARTMENT.
         A report of tests conducted by a laboratory under this chapter
      shall be made in writing to the department within seven days
      immediately following the completion of the tests.  The department
      shall supply forms for the report.  The report shall be signed by the
      director of the laboratory or the person conducting the test.
