166.41 - HOG-CHOLERA VACCINE PROHIBITED -- EMERGENCY.

        166.41  HOG-CHOLERA VACCINE PROHIBITED -- EMERGENCY.

         The sale or use of hog-cholera vaccine, except as provided in
      section 166.16 is prohibited and it shall be unlawful to use such
      products in the state of Iowa, except that in case of emergency as
      defined in section 166.42, a special permit for the use of vaccines
      may be issued by the secretary.
