166.5 - MANUFACTURER'S PERMIT.

        166.5  MANUFACTURER'S PERMIT.
         An application for a permit to manufacture biological products
      shall be accompanied by evidence satisfactory to the department that
      the applicant is the holder of a valid, unrevoked, United States
      department of agriculture license for the manufacture and sale of
      such biological products.
