166.8 - NEW OR ADDITIONAL BOND.

        166.8  NEW OR ADDITIONAL BOND.
         When judgment is rendered on such bond, the principal shall
      immediately execute and file with the department a new or additional
      bond, conditioned as the original bond, and in an amount to be fixed
      by the department, which will furnish the same amount of security
      that was furnished before the original bond was impaired.
