169A.2 - ADOPTION OF BRAND.

        169A.2  ADOPTION OF BRAND.
         Any person owning livestock may adopt a brand for the purpose of
      branding the livestock.  The person shall have the exclusive right to
      use the brand in this state, after recording the brand as provided in
      sections 169A.4 and 169A.6 or 169A.9.
