175.32 - LIABILITY.

        175.32  LIABILITY.
         The United States, the authority and the secretary of agriculture
      of the United States shall be held free from liability by virtue of
      the transfer of the assets to the authority.  The authority and
      persons acting in its behalf, while acting within the scope of their
      employment or agency, are not subject to personal liability resulting
      from carrying out their powers and duties under this chapter.
