181.17 - PRODUCERS NOT MEMBERS.

        181.17  PRODUCERS NOT MEMBERS.
         A producer who is not a member of the Iowa beef cattle producers
      association shall be entitled to vote in elections of persons to be
      members of the council in the same manner as if the producer were a
      member.  The members elected to the council shall elect from their
      number the officers referred to in section 181.1A.
