185C.6 - ELECTION OF DIRECTORS.

        185C.6  ELECTION OF DIRECTORS.
         In districts electing one director, the candidate receiving the
      highest number of votes shall be elected. In districts electing two
      directors, producers shall vote for two directors, and the two
      candidates receiving the highest number of votes shall be elected.
