        194.7  ACCEPTABLE MILK.
         Milk acceptable from the standpoint of organoleptic examination,
      containing no excessive extraneous matter and complying with class 1
      or 2 for bacterial estimate shall be acceptable for use in the
      processing and manufacturing of dairy products for human consumption.
