215.11 - DIAL VISIBLE TO PUBLIC.

        215.11  DIAL VISIBLE TO PUBLIC.
         The weight indicating dial or beams on counter scales used to
      weigh articles sold at retail shall be so located that the reading
      dial indicating the weight shall at all times be visible to the
      public.
