216A.168 - ADMINISTRATOR.

        216A.168  ADMINISTRATOR.
         The commission shall designate the duties and obligations of the
      position of administrator.  The administrator shall carry out
      programs and policies as determined by the commission.  The
      administrator may employ other persons necessary to carry out the
      programs of the division.
