216A.71 - DEFINITIONS.

        216A.71  DEFINITIONS.
         For purposes of this subchapter, unless the context otherwise
      requires:
         1.  "Administrator" means the administrator of the division of
      persons with disabilities of the department of human rights.
         2.  "Commission" means the commission of persons with
      disabilities.
         3.  "Division" means the division of persons with disabilities
      of the department of human rights.
