216A.92 - ADMINISTRATOR'S DUTIES.

        216A.92  ADMINISTRATOR'S DUTIES.
         The administrator shall:
         1.  Administer the division.
         2.  Implement programs required in the division.
         3.  Issue an annual report to the governor and general assembly
      regarding the community action programs conducted within the state.
