216A.97 - ADMINISTRATION.

        216A.97  ADMINISTRATION.
         A community action agency or a delegate agency may administer the
      components of a community action program when the program is
      consistent with plans and purposes and applicable law.  The community
      action programs may be projects which are eligible for assistance
      from any source.  The programs shall be developed to meet local needs
      and may be designed to meet eligibility standards of a federal or
      state program providing assistance to a plan to meet local needs.
