216B.5 - COMMISSION EMPLOYEES.

        216B.5  COMMISSION EMPLOYEES.
         The commission may employ staff who shall be qualified by
      experience to assume the responsibilities of the offices.  The
      director shall be the administrative officer of the commission and
      shall be responsible for implementing policy set by the commission.
      The director shall carry out programs and policies as determined by
      the commission.
