221.2 ADMINISTRATOR.
Pursuant to the compact, the administrator of the division of
mental health and disability services of the department of human
services shall be the compact administrator. The compact
administrator may cooperate with all departments, agencies, and
officers of this state and its subdivisions in facilitating the
proper administration of the compact and of any supplementary
agreement entered into by this state under the compact. Section History: Early Form
