222.30 - RULING ON REPORT.

        222.30  RULING ON REPORT.
         No objections or exceptions need be made to said report.  The
      court may set the report aside, and may order a new examination by
      the same or by a new commission, or may make such findings of fact in
      lieu of said report as may be justified by the evidence before the
      court.
