222.49 COSTS PAID.
The costs of proceedings shall be defrayed from the county
treasury unless otherwise ordered by the court. When the person
alleged to be mentally retarded is found not to be mentally retarded,
the court shall render judgment for such costs against the person
filing the petition except when the petition is filed by order of
