222.64 FOREIGN STATE OR COUNTRY OR UNKNOWN LEGAL SETTLEMENT. If the legal settlement of the person is determined by the board of supervisors through the central point of coordination process to be in a foreign state or country or is determined to be unknown, the board of supervisors shall certify the determination to the administrator. The certification shall be accompanied by a copy of the evidence supporting the determination. The care of the person shall be as arranged by the board of supervisors or by an order as the court may enter. Application for admission or order of commitment may be made pending investigation by the administrator.Section History: Early Form
