222.69 PAYMENT BY STATE.
All necessary and legal expenses for the cost of admission or
commitment of a person to a resource center or a special unit when
the person's legal settlement is outside this state or is unknown
shall be paid out of any money in the state treasury not otherwise
appropriated. Such payments shall be made on itemized vouchers
executed by the auditor of the county from which the expenses have
been paid and approved by the administrator. Section History: Early Form
