222.81 - CLAIM AGAINST ESTATE.

        222.81  CLAIM AGAINST ESTATE.
         The total amount of liability provided in section 222.78 shall be
      allowed as a claim of the sixth class against the estate of the
      person or against the estate of the father or mother of such person.
