225C.25 - SHORT TITLE.

        225C.25  SHORT TITLE.
         Sections 225C.25 through 225C.28B shall be known as "the bill of
      rights and service quality standards of persons with mental
      retardation, developmental disabilities, brain injury, or chronic
      mental illness".
