226.40 - EMERGENCY PATIENTS.

        226.40  EMERGENCY PATIENTS.
         In case of emergency disaster, with the infliction of numerous
      casualties among the civilian population, the mental health
      institutes are authorized to accept sick and wounded persons without
      commitment or any other formalities.
