227.13 - DISCHARGE OF TRANSFERRED PATIENT.

        227.13  DISCHARGE OF TRANSFERRED PATIENT.
         Patients transferred from a state hospital to such county or
      private institutions shall not be discharged, when not cured, without
      the consent of the administrator of the division.
