231.56 - SERVICES AND PROGRAMS.

        231.56  SERVICES AND PROGRAMS.
         The department shall administer services and programs to reduce
      institutionalization and encourage community involvement to help
      older individuals remain in their own homes.  Funds appropriated for
      this purpose shall be instituted based on administrative rules
      adopted by the commission.  The department shall require such records
      as needed to administer this section.
