231.57 - COORDINATION OF ADVOCACY.

        231.57  COORDINATION OF ADVOCACY.
         The department shall administer a program for the coordination of
      information and assistance provided within the state to assist older
      individuals and their caregivers in obtaining and protecting their
      rights and benefits.  State and local agencies providing information
      and assistance to older individuals and their caregivers in seeking
      their rights and benefits shall cooperate with the department in
      administering this program.
