234.21 - SERVICES TO BE OFFERED.

        234.21  SERVICES TO BE OFFERED.
         The state division may offer, provide, or purchase family planning
      and birth control services to every person who is an eligible
      applicant or recipient of service or any financial assistance from
      the department of human services, or who is receiving federal
      supplementary security income as defined in section 249.1.
