249J.2 - FEDERAL FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION -- CONTINGENT IMPLEMENTATION.

        249J.2  FEDERAL FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION -- CONTINGENT
      IMPLEMENTATION.
         This chapter shall be implemented only to the extent that federal
      matching funds are available for nonfederal expenditures under this
      chapter.  The department shall not expend funds under this chapter,
      including but not limited to expenditures for reimbursement of
      providers and program administration, if appropriated nonfederal
      funds are not matched by federal financial participation.
