249K.1 PURPOSE -- INTENT.
The purpose of this chapter is to provide a mechanism to support
the appropriate number of nursing facility beds for the state's
citizens and to financially assist nursing facilities in remaining
compliant with applicable regulations. It is the intent of this
chapter that the administrative burden on both the state and nursing
