251.2 - ADMINISTRATION OF EMERGENCY RELIEF.

        251.2  ADMINISTRATION OF EMERGENCY RELIEF.
         The state division, in addition to all other powers and duties
      given it by law, shall be charged with the supervision and
      administration of all funds coming into the hands of the state now or
      hereafter provided for emergency relief.
