270.6 CERTIFICATION TO AUDITOR -- COLLECTION.
The superintendent shall, at the time of sending certificate to
the director of the department of administrative services, send a
duplicate copy to the auditor of the county of the pupil's residence,
who shall, when ordered by the board of supervisors, proceed to
collect the same by action if necessary, in the name of the county,
and when so collected, shall pay the same into the county treasury.
