274.41 - APPLICATION OF PROCEEDS OF SALE.

        274.41  APPLICATION OF PROCEEDS OF SALE.
         The proceeds of the sale of the property of a school district
      under the authority granted in sections 274.39 and 274.40 shall be
      deposited with the treasurer of the county and applied so far as
      necessary to the payment of the outstanding indebtedness of such
      school district.
