277.31 - SURRENDERING OFFICE.

        277.31  SURRENDERING OFFICE.
         Each school officer or member of the board upon the termination of
      the officer or member's term of office shall immediately surrender to
      the successor all books, papers, and moneys pertaining or belonging
      to the office, taking a receipt therefor.
