279.23A - EVALUATION CRITERIA AND PROCEDURES.

        279.23A  EVALUATION CRITERIA AND PROCEDURES.
         The board shall establish written evaluation criteria and shall
      establish and annually implement evaluation procedures.  The board
      shall also establish written job descriptions for all supervisory
      positions.
