280.19 - PLANS FOR AT-RISK CHILDREN.

        280.19  PLANS FOR AT-RISK CHILDREN.
         The board of directors of each public school district shall
      incorporate, into the kindergarten admissions program, criteria and
      procedures for identification and integration of at-risk children and
      their developmental needs.  This incorporation shall be part of the
      comprehensive school improvement plan developed and implemented in
      accordance with section 256.7, subsection 21, paragraphs "a" and
      "c".
