280A.1 - IOWA LEARNING TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVE.



        280A.1  IOWA LEARNING TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVE.
         The Iowa learning technology initiative is created to provide
      training and learning opportunities to public and accredited
      nonpublic school students in grade seven and their administrators and
      teachers.
         Public and private partners shall participate in the development
      of the planning, implementation, and outcomes for the initiative.
