309.28 RECOMMENDATIONS. The engineer may in the engineer's report recommend that certain definitely described roads or parts thereof be omitted from the provisional program or project, or that certain definitely described roads or parts thereof be added thereto, and in such case the engineer shall clearly enter on the report the reasons therefor.Section History: Early Form
