310.34 SECONDARY ROAD RESEARCH FUND. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the department is hereby authorized to set aside each year not to exceed one and one-half percent of the receipts in the farm-to-market road fund in a fund to be known as the secondary road research fund.Section History: Early Form
