312.9 - FUND NOT FOR PERSONNEL EXPENSE.

        312.9  FUND NOT FOR PERSONNEL EXPENSE.         Moneys credited to the road use tax fund shall not be appropriated      for the payment of salaries, support, or maintenance of any personnel      in the department of public safety.
