313.27 - BRIDGES, VIADUCTS, ETC., ON MUNICIPAL PRIMARY EXTENSIONS.

        313.27  BRIDGES, VIADUCTS, ETC., ON MUNICIPAL PRIMARY      EXTENSIONS.         The department may construct or aid in the construction, and may      maintain bridges, viaducts, and railroad grade crossing eliminations      on primary road extensions in cities.
