326.30 - MOTOR VEHICLE LAW APPLICABLE.

        326.30  MOTOR VEHICLE LAW APPLICABLE.         All provisions of chapter 321 insofar as applicable, are extended      to include owners who register and title vehicles in this state on a      proportional registration basis or who operate interstate on Iowa      highways under reciprocity.
