347B.2 - ESTABLISHMENT -- SUBMISSION TO VOTE.

        347B.2  ESTABLISHMENT -- SUBMISSION TO VOTE.         If the board of supervisors proposes to establish a county care      facility under this chapter at a cost in excess of fifteen thousand      dollars, it shall first submit the proposition to a vote of the      people.
