357C.3 - TIME OF HEARING -- NOTICE.

        357C.3  TIME OF HEARING -- NOTICE.         The public hearing shall be held within thirty days of the      presentation of the petition.  Notice of hearing shall be given by      publication as provided in section 331.305.
