358.25 - REVENUE BONDS.
358.25 REVENUE BONDS. Sanitary districts incorporated under this chapter may exercise the powers granted to counties in sections 331.462 to 331.470, to issue revenue bonds for the purposes in section 331.461, subsection 2, paragraphs "b" and "c".
