12-5358. Audits, VoIP providers. In 2008, the secretary shall require, and thereafter may require, an audit of any VoIP provider's books and records concerning the collection and remittance of fees pursuant to this act. Any such audit shall be conducted at the expense of the secretary. Information provided by VoIP providers to the secretary or the advisory board pursuant to this act or the wireless enhanced 911 act will be treated as proprietary records which will be withheld from the public upon request of the party submitting such records.
