20-3207. Same; judicial performance fund.On and after July 1, 2006, thereis hereby established in the state treasury thejudicial performance fund. All moneys credited to the fund shall be used forthe judicial performance evaluation process, except on July 1, 2009, throughJune 30, 2010, moneys credited to the fund may be used to fund the Kansascriminal code recodification commission.All expenditures from the judicialperformance fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts and uponwarrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant toexpenditures approved by the chairperson of the Kansas judicial council or bythe person or persons designated by the chairperson of the Kansas judicialcouncil.
