      21-2503.   Fingerprint records admissible in evidence.A photostatic copy of the fingerprint impression of any personconvicted of a felony or misdemeanor that has been filed and keptaccording to law, and duly certified as a true and correct copy by thedirector or other person having charge of such records, shall beadmissible in evidence and received in evidence in any subsequentprosecution of that person for the purpose of identification whereotherwise competent.
