Article 32.--PRINCIPLES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY

      21-3206.   Corporations; criminal responsibility.(1) A corporation is criminally responsible for acts committed by itsagents when acting within the scope of their authority.

      (2)   "Agent" means any director, officer, servant, employee or otherperson who is authorized to act in behalf of the corporation.
