      21-3446.   Trafficking.(a) Trafficking is:

      (1)   Recruiting, harboring, transporting, providing or obtaining, by anymeans, another person knowing that force, fraud, threat or coercion will beused to cause the person to engage in forced labor or involuntary servitude; or

      (2)   benefitting financially or by receiving anything of value fromparticipation in a venture that has engaged in acts set forth in subsection(a)(1).

      (b)   Trafficking is a severity level 2, person felony.

      (c)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas criminalcode.
